First things first: We’re happy you’re OK! If you can drive your car, bring it to us at 23281 Hoover Road. If you can’t, request that it be towed directly to our facility. We’ll take care of any charges or fees that may apply. Next, contact your insurance company and establish a claim number. Once you’ve got it, call us at (586) 754-2810 and provide it to us. We’ll take it from there!
At this time we do not. But we have excellent relationships with several rent-a-car companies and we’ll be happy to help you work with them to secure a vehicle.
No. Many insurance companies have repair contracts with body shops, and they will try to steer you to those shops. But the choice is yours, however much they may try to persuade you that things will be more difficult for you if you don’t go with their choice. It’s not true. Sal’s accepts, and is accepted by, all insurance companies. You will be glad if you come to us.
